Very stylised!

I like the technique you've used to express this character. It's a shame you've used such light colours on the girl, the white background makes it difficult to see her form.

I particuly like how you've left the guide lines in. Brings out the pose. To improve it, I would make more of a contrast between shading on the character and that of the box, unless your intent was to merge the two together.
